Welcoming staff and parking is a positive. The toilets and showers are very poor. Doors on toilets don't lock properly, showers are very poor, no cleaning soap in shower or toilet or they were broken. This was on the 3rd floor. Don't know why I was on the third floor s there weren't many guests. Some guests I noticed leave a lot to be desired. I suppose you get what you pay for. This place is in need of a complete overhaul especially the toilet and shower facilities.
