Great places just next to Arena for a concert breakfast very nice and great service from staff. Get discount on parking if you speak to staff which was a nice surprise.
A lovely stay - a family of 5 and booked 2 rooms. Yanas was very helpful and friendly and made sure our check in and check out went smoothly.
Great surprise with the complimentary hot drinks voucher and 2pm check out.

Friendly staff, breakfast is nice, great location if your going to a concert at Utilita Arena! Rooms are clean but a little dated. There was a hairdryer provided in the room, but it didn't work.
1st room we were given wasn't a superior room as we'd booked, the toilet seat was very loose, the toilet door had no lock and didn't close properly. After going to the front desk the staff i spoke to rolled his eyes when i listed the faults. Our second room was a superior room. The extract fan in the bathroom didn't work making the room very steamy after a shower. The TV lost sound and picture every few seconds & the phone didn't work. Good breakfast though 😋
Very loud noise in the form shouting, screaming and banging, from the room next door was not only disruptive but also felt unsafe. It was reported to hotel staff earlier in the afternoon and it did stopped. But it started again in the night for over an hour.

The service at the bar for food and drinks too far too long and there is not enough staff. Hotel advertises restaurant but on both my stays I have only been allowed to offer bar food which was good the first stay and very bland on the second stay
Room smelt damp, bathroom was very dated and looked worn. The reception staff were very pleasant, but the lady at the bar, that served us late on the Friday evening was unhappy and was very unfriendly. Demanded ID from my son, and then didn’t hand it back but just left it on the bar. We felt like she wasn’t happy to be there…
