Hotel is great, rooms were clean, I only have one issue, the windows in the room, they cannot be opened so after 1 weeks stay the room is quite musty as no fresh air in the rooms

Decent, clean room and stay. Got a decent sleep, good facilities like bar on site etc. Blackout curtains and quiet. Only couple of letdowns were broken air con so it was a bit hot but I never bothered reporting it as didn’t really affect me, and the breakfast was pretty dire

Lovely place to stay. My only criticism is when asking where to park the receptionist on the phone recommended a car park miles away (st Mary's). Don't! As long as it's not a match day, it was easy to park straight outside and then don't pay in the blue car park, they have a code inside for half price.

Very helpful staff and the room was very clean. Bathroom also very clean with all we needed toiletries wise. Great size TV too. The only thing we would say was the carpet was quite stained looking in numerous parts and the mattress wasn’t very comfortable for us but overall would stay here again maybe in a better bed perhaps. We weren’t put off using this hotel again in future though.

Great all round !! Loved it.

Fabulous hotel. Only tricky bit was finding the correct place to park but after that us was all good! Lovely hotel, it was quiet when I stayed, big windows, luxury feel, fab bed, huge TV and lovely bathroom etc. Restaurant looks great (but didn’t have time to try) and the bar with sports screen. Spacious, modern comfort. Would be very happy to return. Value for money. Right at the football ground and very close to the wonderful Sheepfold Stables for food/drink. Vito’s Osteria Italian restaurant was fabulous! Great hotel!

We stayed as part of watching a woman’s International. The hotel is right next door to the ground, which was great. The staff were lovely very friendly and helpful, although understandably because of large numbers they were busy but they accommodated us as much as they possibly can which was appreciated

Have stayed here 3 times in the last few years. A wonderfully spacious hotel in every respect. Excellent service from staff, especially the Polish lady at the checkin counter and Lynn at breakfast. Free parking at the football stadium opposite the hotel. I love the walk-in shower. Modern and slick. I love the teak wood furniture in the room. The lightings. The pillows. The strong wifi. Etc. Will stay here again in the near future.

The hotel had a problem with no water on the morning of the last day of our stay, so we weee not able to get a shower, flush toilet or wash hands. (So was expensive for the equivalent of camping). Not sure if this was an emergency switch off - but it was very inconvenient. Other than this however It is a decent hotel, clean and comfortable- the shop next to reception with pot noodles and sausage & mash microwave meals next to reception lowered the tone a bit. (It Would be better to offer purchase of these things from bar to take upto room). I know it’s sometimes used to house migrants so maybe that’s why this was there. The room was clean, wasn’t a great bathroom design, shower gel and shampoo fixed at wrong end of the shower behind you and out reach, the TV was ridiculously large for the size of the room. I’d say the hotel was on par with a Premier Inn really.
