Absolutely worth every penny. Easily the best hotel in Newcastle. Beautiful modern rooms, luxurious details, incredible food, and such friendly, attentive staff. We were greeted at the door and our bags were taken straight to our room. I’d 100% stay here again.

Great decor, smart, staff friendly. Room facilities, the quality of everything within hotel fantastic
Service was top notch. Staff were helpful, genuine and very well trained. Megan, Front House Manager could not do enough and Abraham in the bar was a star, could not do enough to make our stay most enjoyable
Overall, a fantastic hotel. Staff were very polite and courteous. Stayed in an Executive Suite and was certainly wowed by the room, very clean and modern!
I have two very very small gripes - The room service portions (although delicious) were a little small! I went for the burger and could have quite happily ate another.
Only other issue was the pillows, not the most comfortable and they certainly let the bed down (Which is a shame as very comfortable otherwise!)
Excellent location (our view of the Quayside was fantastic) and would highly recommend again!
