Super clean, although some aspects are more traditional. Beautifully decorated for Christmas. Continental breakfast was a bit dry-looking and I would remove the berries personally, as they didn’t look appealing. Nice view of the river and decent location. Can’t fault the staff or parking as it was very convenient. Near bars, restaurants and walkable to the centre in 15 mins. I would stay again, although it was a bit too warm in my room and I had to turn the heater off as it kept clicking.

Saying an upgraded room (club) had a bath with a shower over it and offering dressing gowns when the bath was half the depth of a standard bath tub meaning at 6ft 1 i could not even fit under the shower, when i queryed with staff was told they were all like this???? Why give dressing gowns if the bathroom is worse than yiu would get ag a premier inn

Room fittings were dated, light fittings, bathroom tiles, I was in Room 128 and could hear our neighbouring occupations through the access doors! Breakfast was ok but not stand out. Staff were all lovely. Would I stop here again, probably not for the money.
