The place is clean, quiet with excellent location, although the safe was locked and we didn’t manage to have it opened even though we asked the staff to open it. We spent 2 nights there, the room nor the washroom was cleaned or maintained

Quiet room at back as requested. Code entry which we had forgotten but helpful staff on hand to explain codes at main door and suite. Room had issues with poor workmanship on blinds and shower unit not being fixed properly to wall which we made staff aware of the next day. Breakfast was excellent served quickly by very friendly staff.

Clean room. Easy but key free access. We stayed for 3 nights, 4 days and asked for a towel change and were told we would get one but we didn't. As the place isn't staffed we had to use old towels. Shame because, had it not been for this, we would have gu en it a 5 out of 5. I don't think it unreasonable to get a towel change particularly when they said we would.
