A wide hallway showcases high, decorative ceilings and leads you to four generous bedrooms and a grand living space beyond. The country-style kitchen sets the scene for shared meals and conversation, flowing seamlessly to the north-facing private deck and backyard oasis. Here you’ll find lush tropical gardens, a 10-metre pool, an outdoor bath, and a separate studio – creating a tranquil retreat to return to after enjoying all that Merewether and Newcastle have to offer.



The Neighborhood:

Our neighbourhood is peaceful, so parties and loud music are not permitted at Tosca. Fortunately, Newcastle offers an excellent selection of pubs, bars, and restaurants close by if you’d like a lively night out.

🚗 On-street parking is available directly in front of the house. Kindly avoid parking in front of neighbours.



🏊‍♀️ Pools: Pools will be opened for swimming for the start of the NSW September School Holidays and closed and Winterised immediately after the NSW Easter School Holidays have been completed.
