Great location in Newcastle across the road from the old train station. Parking is available on the property if you let them know in advance & for an additional fee. Great service from friendly staff. They contacted us after checkout about a phone charger that was left in the apartment & express posted it back to us. Recommend this property & would definitely stay again next time we are in Newcastle.

The room was absolutely amazing !! The front office staff were so friendly and welcoming !! I would gratefully love to book there again! The wonderful handwritten greeting I received when I entered my room, with the little treats just topped off knowing I’d booked the best place to stay !!
