Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, property conditions & facilities, room comfort
Parking spaces are very tight
Staff are good
But only worry about what Noah’s stuff
For example
On check day on Sunday the fire alarm went off so myself and my 2 young kids evacuated. NO STAFF WERE OUTSIDE TO GUIDE AND HELP.

It was the toaster that set the alarm off
Other guests saw us outside and told us we can go back in
We got the lift back to level 4. After another guest got out at level 3 the lift appeared to stop working. No lights on button. Pressed th call button and could barely hear the automated response. No way to call reception to say the lift has stopped working and we are trapped. Two Very UPSET YOUNG KIDS. I ended up pulling the elevator doors open and we all jumped out.
When informing the reception staff of this ordeal the response was the lift is owed by Otis and out of their control. Advised it usually take 20-30 mins for them to show up. Had we been trapped for the time I would have been absolutely livid.
No compensation or enquiry if we were all okay. Definitely handled the responsibility to Otis. Very disappointing.
