The young lady at the counter was lovely and helpful. The room was clean, the bed comfortable. There was no remote for the tv which I addressed with the young lady that was fine though when I got in late that night I realised there was also no remote to control the heat so sleep was a little difficult. I booked and paid for a king bed but was given a queen bed. The staff told me it was a king bed.... no it wasn't, they need some lessons in bed sizes. The doona on the bed had dried blood on it. There was no where to put your bag and clothing except on the floor which wasn't that clean
