The staff were very friendly at the front desk. The phone call before checking in was unsatisfactory. I provided feedback around the parking and the staff member was rude. The beds dirt them. Unfortunately we discovered this after reception closed. And the dishwasher had cockroaches in it

Clean and well kitted out room including kitchen, washing machine and dryer. Bathrrom beautiful but taps very difficult to use in shower (not suited for anyone with arthritus). Fantastic location for waterfront walks and dining on Newcadtle Harbour

Our stay had some positives, but there are several areas that need attention. Water damage in the unit was quite noticeable, and the bathroom shower tiles were slimy, which made the space feel unclean. The bed was uncomfortable and really needs a new mattress. The rug in the living area was filthy, and the outdoor patio floor was also very dirty. We also paid for parking but returned one evening to find no spaces available, which was frustrating. On the positive side, the location was excellent, and the amenities for cooking and cleaning were well provided, with new appliances throughout. The pool area was clean, spacious, and had plenty of shade, which we appreciated.
