Really clean and comfortable hotel. Staff couldn’t do enough for you. We had a function on at the hotel, so it was great to just walk upstairs and not have to drive home afterwards.
Room was quiet apart from any noise made in the corridor which could be clearly heard through the door. Bed was very comfortable. Curtains in need of repairs. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, only one of us was able to use the pool as although there was a rail, the first step into the pool is far too low to manage with knee/agility issues. Needs to be another step to make access easy. Very disappointed at not being able to enjoy the lovely looking pool.
Turned up after long day driving and after lugging all luggage to room found there was no towels what so ever not even a face cloth so instead of just getting towels brought to room they moved us 3 floors up where there was a room ready with towels . Clearly just an error but made my mind up early on would not use hotel again .
I'm travelling for work. There is lots of space in the room and I can easily work in there. Everything is modern & clean. The bed is comfortable. The staff are friendly and professional. I've stayed there multiple times and will go back.
The staff were absolutely wonderful. Room was spacious. Shower was good. Easy parking. Would stay again

Average room facilities noisy people upstairs kept me awake complained to staff around 11.30pm and nothing was done about it hopefully my next stay is better. The food was ok
