A Warm Welcome awaits in the Carriage House at Linden Tree Farm. Linden Tree Carriage house is a spacious 1-bedroom Carriage House in downtown Newburyport. Linden Tree Carriage House, part of a circa-1840 mansion, is well-known for gingerbread moldings, lovely gardens, and a huge Linden Tree. Guests of Linden Tree will step back into a gentile time of elegance and opulence. The Carriage House showcases the historic home`s antique architecture with antique beams and gleaming pumpkin pine floors.
Visitors to Linden Tree enjoy a completely private one-bedroom townhome-style apartment. The first floor hosts an open living space with kitchen, dining area, and spacious living room. Let the easy-to-use gas fireplace create a romantic mood. The petite kitchen provides all the essential accoutrements: large fridge, stove, French-door air fryer, and Keurig coffee maker.
Upstairs, the bedroom suite comprises a spacious room, private entryway, and private bath. The main room of the bedroom suite provides a queen bed, a seating area with chaise, chairs, and accompanying tables. Linden Tree boasts lots of storage with a double-sized closet and 2 bureaus.
