Located across the street from the beach!! Close to all the major attractions on plum island! 10 minute drive to Downtown Newburyport where you can find boutique shops, restaurants, and major grocery stores

Please treat our house with the same respect as you would your own home. We’ve put a lot of effort into making this into a lovely space to be enjoyed by our guests. Be sure to maintain a good level of cleanliness throughout your stay, this will make it much easier when check-out time comes! Never leave children unsupervised at our property without any adults. Guests are fully responsible for the safety and security of their children at all times, as well as any disturbance caused to other residents in the neighborhood. Always report any accidental damages or breakages in a timely manner, especially before check-out. Please do not move any furniture from one room to another without agreeing to it with us first. Quiet hours are 9:00 p.m. to 9:00 a.m. We have wonderful neighbors and it’s very important that all guests be respectful of them as well as other residents. Absolutely no house parties and or live music. Do not flush anything down the toilet except for toilet paper! No smoking, vaping or illegal drugs in or on property. Smoking is NOT allowed inside or outside the home. Please always use bathroom vents when showering and stove fan when cooking. Clean dryer vent after every use. No candles. Do not use bath towels on the beach. You may not exceed the number of people specified at the time of booking. Please be considerate of the house and furniture. If you damage furniture or any items in the property, you will be responsible for the cost of the damage or replacement. Guests are to allow homeowner or service access to the property for purposes of repair and inspection. The homeowner will exercise this right of access in a reasonable manner and advise beforehand where possible. Guests are responsible for ensuring that any visitors comply with these House Rules. - Quiet hours are between 9:00 p.m. – 9:00 a.m. Please be very respectful of our neighbors; please no loud music at any part of the day.
