Experience Plum Island living right on the beach in beautiful Newbury, Massachusetts. This spacious beachfront condo offers stunning ocean views, multiple balconies, and direct beach access for the perfect coastal getaway with family and friends.

Please note that stays during high season are booked Saturday to Saturday in 7 day increments.

Located directly on the beach, guests can enjoy miles of beautiful oceanfront shoreline just steps from the home. Relax on three private balconies, enjoy outdoor dining with sunset views, and fall asleep to the calming sound of the waves.

The condo is conveniently located near Plum Island’s popular restaurants, bars, and local shops including Plum Island Grille, Plum Island Kitchen, Beachcoma, Plum Island Provisions, and The Cottage. Salisbury Beach is approximately a 15 minute drive away.

This second floor condo features a private direct entry walkup and spans two levels with a large open kitchen, two separate living and entertainment areas, and plenty of space for groups to relax after a day at the beach. Each bedroom is stocked with soft all season linens and towels for a comfortable stay.

Sleeping arrangements comfortably accommodate up to 12 guests:

Bedroom 1: Queen bed
Bedroom 2: Queen bed
Bedroom 3: Full bed and twin bed
Common spaces: Two queen pullout beds and one full futon

For larger groups, additional sister listings may also be available to rent the full second floor or the entire property for expanded accommodations.

Please note that BBQ grills are seasonally unavailable from November through April due to weather conditions.

A fully refundable $200 security deposit will be collected separately in addition to the reservation amount.

The condo is beach front. The sunrises were amazing! The check in process was seamless. The kitchen was well stocked (good call on the plastic dishes and drinkware!). Beds were very comfy. Plenty of space for everyone. We were only there a couple of days, but will definitely go back!

Amazing location!

Perfect location on Plum Island. 2 minute walk to breakfast at Mad Martha's. Could not ask for better views! Very clean inside with comfortable beds. Well-stocked kitchen and lots of room to spread out. Nice to have access to laundry for sure. Main complaint was outdoor furniture on shared deck space was mostly rusty & broken, not as shown in the photos. We had access to the top floor deck but no furniture up there? There was also construction of a new build going on right behind the house. We focused on the beach and our time outdoors, which made up for the small inconveniences. If you are looking for a great beach spot, this is perfect.

Beautiful location!

This was the second year we have rented the cottage. It's a beautiful location right on the beach with walking distance to restaurants and bars. We have always found it to be exceptionally neat and clean. We had a couple issues with appliances, and as soon as I put a call in, Taylor took care of everything in a quick manor. We found everyone to be so friendly in all the other units and there was never a problem sharing the space with other renters. I would highly recommend this property.

The view is what you pay for

We rented unit 1 with my elderly parents and 4 other adults. The unit is set up nicely with good upgrades and the view is incredible. There were some safety issues that need addressing. All three decks/patios have holes, the big one in the back is missing a spindle and if you have little ones they could fall through. The side one is leaning and the one facing the water has holes in the floor making it unsafe for my parents to walk on. The outdoor furniture is worn, wonky and not comfortable. There were no beach chairs to bring down to the beach. The kitchen has pretty much everything you need to make meals. The unit was not super clean. There was still sand on the floor when we arrived. The bathrooms needed more attention, also sandy and hair. It would have been nice to have rugs as you walked in the doors to catch some of the sand. The sheets are microfiber, not quality linens. The furniture in the unit is older and also needed a good vacuuming. This could be an amazing property and we thought for the price and the one 5 star review that we were paying for that. Loved the view and the town was super cute but the property was not worth a 5 star.
