Welcome to your beachfront Plum Island escape in beautiful Newbury, Massachusetts. This beautifully renovated ground floor beach home offers direct access to the sand and is the perfect getaway for families, couples, and friends looking to enjoy the best of coastal New England.

Located directly on the beach, guests can step right outside from the living room onto the sand and enjoy over 11 miles of shoreline stretching in both directions. The home is ideally situated just minutes from Plum Island’s popular restaurants, bars, shops, and local attractions. Downtown Newburyport is only 9 minutes away, while Salisbury Beach is approximately a 15 minute drive.

Inside, the home features three spacious bedrooms, two comfortable living and lounge areas, two full bathrooms, and a beautifully updated kitchen designed for gathering and relaxing after a day at the beach. The unit has been completely renovated from top to bottom, offering a fresh and modern coastal feel while still keeping the charm and character of a classic Plum Island beach home.

Guests also have access to the outdoor back patio area where they can grill, lounge, picnic beside the dunes, and enjoy the peaceful sound of the ocean waves.

We loved the direct access to the beach. If you were any closer you'd be in the ocean. It was so nice to look out at the waves and hear them crashing. The condo is so cute and 3 bedrooms plus the pullouts was perfect. It was an easy drive to the shops and restaurants in Newburyport. After checking out we went through the Parker preserve. That's a scenic drive and if you are able, nice trails.It was a tad challenging getting to the side door where the keypad lock was. And parking is not easy if you have a very large vehicle. But no issues for sedans and regular size SUV Everyone on this trip is saying they'd love to come back next year. Taylor is really nice and responds very quickly. Highly recommend.

Great location. House is adequately stocked. Linen service a plus. Parking a little tight with larger vehicles but doable. The two living areas a plus if staying a week with children gives adults and kids their own space. Plenty of room with our group of 7. Lots of outside patio space. Great - but the pictures don't tell the story

We had a wonderful 3-day stay in a great property that was perfectly located for usWe were quite surprised however to discover that the pictures out the windows are taken from an angle that hides the fact that you are underneath the deck looking out of the window The pictures also hide the fact that if you are over 5' 11'' and a half you're going to hit your head going into one of the bedrooms and where someone hung a light near the dining room table but not over it.This sounds worse than it is so long as tall people are careful. Beach access is unparalleled and the view out the windows is actually great even though you can't see much m sky you do get to see the great sunrises from inside your unit it just seemed a little funny to hide the fact that you're looking out underneath the deck Taylor the property manager did a great job however despite our almost agencies with our jobfocus and preparation

Directly on the beach!

Ground level apartment directly on the sand dunes. Very responsive property manager and lovely renovation of the the unit. We rented for a holiday in the cold weather, but it would be absolutely ideal for a warm weather beach vacation.

This house was perfect for our stay. The location was amazing! The only real issue was that the trash bin was overfull leaving us with nowhere to put our trash so we had to take it to the transfer station, otherwise it was a very comfortable house.

Another great stay at this on the beach home.

This is the second year in a row that we have rented this property for a week. The view of the ocean is great! The sound of the waves are peaceful and calming. Plenty of room here for 6 of us.. Thank you for a restful stay.

Overall, a good stay. If considering, a few things to note…..the space is bright. If you’re sensitive to light while sleeping, bring an eye mask. If there are guests in the upstairs unit, they are easily heard. We had an unfortunate middle of the night incident with the fire alarms going off but the host was apologetic- but did end up with 2 nights w/o functioning fire alarms (needed new batteries). The space could have benefited from some oven mits and extra kitchen towels (one towel was available). Plum Island is a great little place to visit.

Beautiful location, out the door beach access. Kind and responsive owners. Very peaceful except when the upper units are occupied. There is zero sound insulation between the floors and every spoken word and action could be clearly heard from the upper units. Be prepared to supply your own TP/paper products if staying for more than a few days.

Sibling reunion

5 of us , ages 60-76 , reunited after 4 years. Wonderful time!! The house was perfect. Well-stocked, comfortable, spacious, and right on the beach. Unfortunately, in late April, the weather didn’t cooperate. We made the best of it and just stayed in. We had a minor issue with a chirping smoke alarm that was promptly addressed by Taylor & Noah. Perfect accommodations for all of us. We had a great weekend. Will definitely book this property again !
