Welcome to your own rustic 6 bedroom & 3 bathroom farmhouse which is nestled in Catskills mountain ranges of Upper Delaware water gap region. This exclusive 50 acres of wooded private property with “Shingle Kill” stream running through it, is in the historic Cahoonzie hamlet and is surrounded by a 2.5 acres private pond and offers gorgeous views of fields and mountain ridges.
Make yourself comfortable in this air-conditioned vacation home, which features a fireplace and a Smart TV. There's a private balcony. A kitchen is outfitted with a refrigerator, an oven, and a stovetop. Complimentary wireless internet access is available to keep you connected.

Perfect spot for a laid back weekend

A girls weekend spent lounging by the pool, barbecuing, relaxing, and white water rafting. Excellent location for just that. The house was very accommodating for all of our needs. Spacious and comfortable for many adults. The owner was incredibly accommodating with our check in process and answering questions throughout our stay. Thank you Jerry! Multiple people have asked about the listing for their upcoming travel arrangements. Would highly highly recommend this property.

Family Reunion

Jerry's house in Sparrow Bush was a great place for our nuclear family reunion. The large family room with the LONG dining room table was great both for eating and for puzzles and games. The furniture in front of the fireplace is delightfully comfortable. And the doors open up onto the deck overlooking the pond. Best part of the house! Everyone loved the pool! Great place to gather.
