The hot water was scalding. I had to run the hot water for about 10 minutes to get it to a more comfortable temperature. I was told it was because there were just a few people in the hotel. Not my problem. The water was scalding.

Aside from the obvious, cleanliness, comfort & accommodations..the staff were wonderful. There were 3 young ladies who were so personable. Yammie, Nokia & another young woman who were an absolute delight, professional & accomodating. It’s apparent they love their jobs & really make this hotel shine!

We had an incredible experience from the time we arrived to the time we left. Nokia, who checked us in was very personable. The facilities were very nice and we enjoyed the breakfast complimentary breakfast we have ever had! I highly recommend staying at SpringHill Suites!!
