Loved the fire pit. Leigh also helped get a refund from Expedia after Expedia did not send the booking to the hotel and then didn’t want to refund me for expedias mistake!

The walls are paper thin. I don’t think the hotel was full, so I’m not sure why they put me in a room next to other people. They were talking at a normal volume and stayed up late and got up at the crack of dawn and I got terrible sleep.

Exactly what you would want when you are trying to stay near the airport but all of the hotels near the airport to be affordable or disgusting. This hotel is a hidden John. It has a great breakfast. Could use a couple more vegan options, but that is to come by

Loved the room, very clean and comfortable. My only issue was our next door person placed a complaint about how loud we were at 10pm. We understand quiet hours but we were only talking and the shower was running. Front desk staff were great and only gave us a warning. Overall, breakfast options were great and the dining area was so clean! Recommend!

Fine hotel for a Monroe visit.

The room was clean, the air conditioning was effective and not noisy, parking was easy, and the staff was friendly and competent. Breakfast was adequate and in a nice room off the lobby. This is a fine hotel if you are visiting the Monroe area.

The building itself was new, the rooms were clean and the dining area was nice. On Expedia, it clearly states there is an "area shuttle included." There was not. Also, on the Expedia website it clearly states there is a restaurant, there was not. They do provide breakfast in the morning which was good. When we inquired, the staff said it was a third party error. I waited to write this review, to see if Expedia had corrected it, they have not. So clearly the hotel doesnt care to fix it. The reason it is important to us is we just moved to the area and are staying in hotels while work is being done on our home. We are commuting to the city, so my family would have benefitted from the shuttle. Its why we booked this hotel. There is also no food place near this hotel, so the restaurant was important. We ended up taking Ubers everywhere which cost a lot, also Ubers and Lyfts take a long time to come out there. The local.taxis charge a base rate of $20 no matter where you go. Thankfully we went back to the Hampton Inn in Harriman, they also have breakfast in the morning, while they dont have a restaurant, they are surrounded by shops and places to eat, they have a pool, friendly staff and a shuttle everyday thats operates Monday -Sunday that will take you anywhere within 2 miles All the stores and restaurants are less than this around there. The shuttle starts later in the afternoon on Saturday and Sundays. The hotel is slightly more expensive, but worth it!
