We rented this house to have a birthday party for our 14 year old daughter. The house was perfect! There was plenty of room for the kids to stay entertained in the garage area, and the bunk room slept all 8 of them perfectly. The house is beautiful and very well stocked. We had everything we needed. It was very cold outside when we stayed, but the garage and house were well-heated. I would definitely recommend this place to others and would stay again.

The Barn in the Burgh is immediately inviting on seeing it and only continues to impress as you see the rest of it inside. We hosted a gathering here for my parents 50th wedding anniversary for my large immediate family and all their spouses and children. It was perfect. The adults were able to gather in the kitchen and living room area and . For the first time in my life my mother kicked her feet up in a recliner through the entirety of the gathering and my dad relaxed also in various areas and in each stated how much he loved the place.

It was a huge place, perfect for our event. Everyone had plenty of room to move around and even had room to play on the ping-pong table. Tables were provided. Main bedroom was nice. Upstairs bedroom was huge, it could sleep a large bunch. The host was very responsive and accommodating. Definitely recommend.

We host an event at a nearby golf course and we needed extra space for our event team to stay. The location was perfect for us and we were able to have 5 of us comfortably stay here. The space was clean and well stocked. The host was also very communicative and was able to add an extra night for us. The space was perfect for our team, we use the garage/barn area to prep several items for the event. The space upstairs that sleeps 4 had great temperature control, with it's own AC and fans. The beds were very comfortable.

It has the WOW factor! We hosted a rehearsal dinner and this property was perfect! Tables & chairs provided. Everything we needed the groomsmen stayed in the bunk room and saved those boys money!The owner of the property EXCEEDED my expectations with timely communication. We had family that stayed at a property just minutes away and they did not have the same experience we did. So very thankful for the owner and the way he takes care of his property.

Great place

Our stay was great! The host was very prompt to respond. He made two deliveries with items we thought were there. Beds were comfortable! We had a rehearsal dinner in the barn area with approximately 50 people. Plenty of seating and parking. It was a perfect location for a nearby wedding.

Great Birthday Fun

Hosted a small Sweet 16 birthday for our daughter here for her and 6 of her friends. Great place to decorate, dance and have fun along with a great area for them to have a sleepover while mom and dad relaxed in the main part of the barn. We are from the area but would certainly rent again for family get togethers or small events. Everyone loved the cornhole boards and ping pong table... loved that they provide table and chairs that can be set up as needed too.
