Large open concept single family home. With Resort style amenities like pickleball courts and a pool to be completed in October. The neighborhood and neighboring communities do have walking trains all around. We offer blackout blinds in the primary and guest bedroom and a front office or a bedroom in the front can be converted to.

Home come with a dual ice maker, gas stove, and large walk in pantry with auto light. Large walk in mud room with washer and dryer attached. Both having pocket doors to hide. The primary includes a large walk in closet, large stand in shower with bench and dual sink with floating vanity. Separating bathroom with pocket door along with a linen closet.

The large patio is perfect for entertaining and cooking outside. There is a 75 in TV on the wall for reference in the living room with 12 ft ceilings. The separation of the primary and guest rooms are perfect for a family or a couple working from home.

We are located 2 min from Tioga town place and 20 min from UF/Shands
Make yourself comfortable in your air-conditioned vacation home. The bathroom has a shower and a hair dryer. Conveniences include a washing machine and an iron/ironing board.
