Overall the stay was very nice. Madison was very friendly checking us in and gave us good recommendations for dinner in town. The popcorn and donuts in the lobby were a nice touch. The entire hotel staff were very friendly. The breakfast in the morning was pretty good, with some hot breakfast options like sausage, eggs, and waffles.

Friendly and clean

Nicest place we stayed during our 6 day UP trip. Friendly staff and entire place was very clean. Decent breakfast with more than average offerings (waffles with fresh blueberry topping). We appreciated the little extras, like hot cider always available. Would definitely stay here again when we’re back in the area.

Nice stay

Hotel lobby had a nice atmosphere. Free popcorn upon arrival. No pool but A huge playground for my kids to burn off energy. Friendly staff. Good breakfast but limited in space to eat in lobby. Rooms and bathroom were clean.

Located in a quiet spot. The staff was very friendly from the start and made you feel welcomed. The reservation process was easy and simple. Will stay again the next time we travel up that way

The staff was very nice and very attentive. The property is showing its age; in my room, there were worn furnishings and the bath linoleum had dirty corners. The water pressure in the shower wasn’t great, but manageable. The mattress was pretty squishy, but the pillows and towels were great. I was a bit uneasy in the parking lot after dark w/the casino and having to park a bit far from my entrance, which did not require a key to access.
