I am writing to express my disappointment regarding my recent stay at your hotel. Unfortunately, my experience was far below expectations due to the extremely poor room conditions and lack of proper sound isolation.
Out of the three nights I stayed, it was impossible to sleep for two nights because someone in the adjacent room was constantly coughing throughout the night. The room’s poor insulation made it impossible to rest, and despite my complaints to the front desk, no solution was offered until the third night — when I was finally moved to another room where I could sleep properly.
I understand that the hotel was fully booked, but this situation significantly affected my stay and overall experience. I would appreciate it if you could look into this matter and consider a partial refund or some form of compensation for the two nights during which I was unable to sleep.
