Having no WiFi in the room is inconvenient. Also, breakfast isn’t included on Sundays which should be made clear to customers before purchasing. I would not have booked had I known. Lastly, you have to leave your key at the front desk every time you leave.

One of the worst hotel experiences of all time. Predatory management, which stole our security deposit because we were a few minutes late coming downstairs to check out because we lost a button. They take pleasure in screwing over their guests; seem entirely fueled by spite. Also, the plumbing and heating were incredibly loud and woke us up several times during the night. Just hilarious that a Catholic guesthouse would be the most uncharitable place you could possibly stay. Avoid the Leo House at any cost. It’s a scheme and a ripoff. They will find a way to steal your money.

No breakfast was served on Thanksgiving…we were left a message “thank you for your understanding”…now, I understand Thanksgiving is a family day..breakfast is only 7 to 10…plenty of time for service to travelers..The Leo house could have, in the spirit of the holiday, and NO breakfast service, could have left a basket of fruit and wrapped muffins down in the lobby..that would have been a nice touch..BUT NOTHING.. I think they would have had to pay holiday rate to employees…”thank you for your understanding Leo House”.

For the price and location of the hotel, the Leo was an absolutely amazing stay. Rooms were always clean and comfortable, the staff were very friendly and helpful, and the whole hotel had a very cozy atmosphere. Would definitely stay here again!

Breakfast was nothing like the photos on this website and the room was painted in dark grey prison like colour. Again nothing like the photos advertised on this site. The tv didnt work due to wifi connectiing issues. Wouldnt reccomend this place to anyone. Misled but the advertised images.. Avoid

I did not have cable during my entire stay. I learned that the entire floor did not have cable and it was a problem with Verizon, so it seems that they been happening this problem for a while. I asked person what they were they going to do about it and was told nothing. She was not at all helpful. I hardly slept due to the noise. I would not recommend this place. The least that they could have done is offer some type of compensation. And they have to change the scrambled eggs.

Value-price made my being able to stay in city to attend a special event possible. Location good for my using Penn sta and subway lines and felt safe. Kind staff. Room VERY basic, but I expected that. TV, in room did not work and there was no bedside lamp.
