I was asked if I wanted an instance to change the reservation and when I tried to reduce by one night they change was $500 so I would call that a scam. The room was dusty and I had allergies in the morning The bathtub was old and therefore looked unclean even thought it was not

The room we had was fantastic. A very good size for staying in NYC, superb storage space and a nice bathroom. The hotel foyer is nice, modern and comfortable as well as the corridors. The cleaning staff were very good and made sure the room was great each day. The location of the hotel is ideal, close to 2/3 subway lines for travelling around the city. Would recommend the hotel most definitely.
