Room was spotless and service to the room was accomplished each day at our convenience around our schedule without any disruptions--something that most hotels can't get right but really does make all the difference in your stay. Food and drink available in the lobby is terrific. Rare to see a hotel of this quality be dog friendly--I'd give that element alone 5 stars. Won't stay anywhere else in NYC.

Three nights here during Halloween and the NYC Marathon was a slice of heaven. From the front desk, housekeeping, bartenders, and doormen; the staff was friendly and helpful beyond expectation. Food and drink service was worth staying in, and the atmosphere was comfortable yet luxurious. Shoutout to Gabriella at the front desk/concierge who located the jacket and dress I left behind and shipped to me immediately. 10 outa 10!
