What a special rental property in a beautiful Brooklyn neighborhood. The home is lovingly renovated with attractive and comfortable indoor and outdoor spaces. Host Sean is professional and so responsive! And he added so many personal touches--including 2 Christmas trees! Well stocked kitchen, new appliances in kitchen, laundry room, and bathrooms. Driveway parking was a wonderful convenience. Easy access to public transportation. Terrific experience and property!

Perfect place accurately sums up this very special property! Our recent stay far exceeded our expectations and made our visit to New York City truly enjoyable. The property was clean, stylish, well-stocked with thoughtful touches like coffee, toiletries, and fresh linens. Our family thoroughly enjoyed the suite downstairs complete with games (sorry again about the Fortnite charge), properly stocked laundry room, the dining room where we gathered for our meals, and the area in the back that provided additional memorable family bonding time. And the beds were absolutely the most comfortable ever! So relaxing after a day of sightseeing! The location was perfect— located in a vibrant neighborhood that offered both convenience and charm. It’s just a short walk to local cafes, restaurants, and public transportation. We felt safe exploring the area at all hours, and there were plenty of unique shops and parks nearby. The host was accommodating, welcoming, and responsive, providing helpful recommendations for local attractions and always quick to answer any questions or concerns. This home in Brooklyn was ideal for my family to stay for a wedding weekend. The bedrooms are lovely with very comfortable beds, and the outdoor space and laundry was a plus! The host did a wonderful job of providing us with kid friendly equipment, and we enjoyed watching football and baseball games as a family in the lower-level TV room. Overall, we had a great experience and would stay again in a heartbeat!

My family and I stayed here for the weekend of my cousins wedding at Brooklyn Botanical Gardens. We are a family of 4 (with little kids, age 2 and 6) and my brother and his teenage daughter stayed with us also. This house was really great. It's VERY spacious. All of the bedrooms are a comfortable size. The house was clean and matched my expectations well from seeing the pictures. The kitchen is well stocked and there were even some games for the kids to play.We also loved the location. It's on a very quiet residential street and we had an easy time exploring the neighborhood on foot. It was an easy walk to the subway, prospect park, and many good restaurants. There's also a small, cute coffee place place right around the corner. The host was very helpful and communicative. We had a lot of extra questions during our stay and he was also responsive and helpful.

We came into the city for a few days to watch some US Open tennis. While the house wasn’t super close to Flushing it was a great neighborhood near the park. We loved the community. The neighbor, Pierre, was really nice really nice and welcoming. There are great places to eat and drink near by, good markets, and easy transportation options. The owner was super helpful and very nice and the house was very well appointed. Look forward to going back!

This is a spacious, elegant, and very comfortable property. It was quiet and had great outdoor features, places to walk to a driveway which is a huge plus if you are driving. There is a local delivery service for a wide range of foods which was great for our first night there. From the start of our booking, preparation for our trip, getting settled in, and last minute details about the house Sean was the best Host I have yet experienced during our travels. Absolutely 5 stars!

I am a picky VRBO user and this property rates as my #1 all-time favorite. Sean, our host, has curated a calm oasis in the middle of Brooklyn, and has thought of every detail in outfitting this lovely property. Off-street parking was a blessing. We sat in the backyard patio every night after long days of sightseeing. The bedding and linens were as lush as a 5 star hotel. Most impressive was Sean’s attentiveness. He is truly an extraordinary host. His guestbook is legendary for its informative photos of all the necessary guest questions and suggestions for things to see in do in the neighborhood. Love the location, the property and the experience! Well done!
