We loved the convenience of being within walking distance of several key attractions. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and the comfortable beds made for great rest. Having a complimentary breakfast was a fantastic value-add.

Clean room, yes. Staff was very friendly. We did have to move rooms late one night when we arrived back to the hotel at 11:30pm with our kids and found out the room key didn't work. We weren't notified ahead of time or given different options. We arrived back at the hotel, had to pack up all our stuff and move to a different room. It was very inconvenient. We would appreciate some sort of credit or reimbursment for the disruption. I understand things happen, but finding out the way we did so late at night when we arrived back to the hotel and were ready to go to bed was really frustrating.

This location in midtown between 5th and 6th avenues was the perfect location with Roma Pizza right around 5he corner and the Empire State Bldg a couple of blocks away
