We had a wonderful stay! The apartment was newly renovated, spotless, modern, and honestly even better than the pictures. Everything felt brand new, the bed was very comfortable, the AC worked great, and the kitchen had everything we needed, including a large fridge, microwave, stove, and a fully stocked coffee station.Check-in was super easy. The building also felt secure, with two entrance doors plus the apartment door all using electronic passcodes.The location was convenient: Central Park is about a 6-minute walk away, there are groceries and bodegas nearby, a bus stop right in front, and subway stations about 7 minutes away in either direction. We came home quite late a few times and personally never had any issues by being cautious.Most importantly, Ben was an amazing host. He welcomed us with rosé and cupcakes, held a parking space for us, regularly checked that we had everything we needed, responded very quickly, gave us great local recommendations, and even left us a parting gift. You can tell he genuinely cares about his guests. We would absolutely stay again!
