The place was trashed. Furniture broken, stained, ripped. Not as advertised. Tv downstairs smashed. Late getting on because we had to wait for cleaners to finish. It was fairly clean to be honest but looked like someone had a frat party the night before. Host did nothing. Terrible. Never again.

Disliked: Cleanliness, communication, location, listing accuracy
If I could give zero stars, I would.The condition of this property did not match the listing or photos. It is advertised as smoke-free, yet there was a strong cigarette smoke odor throughout the home, and the towels also smelled smoky and stale.The property was not properly cleaned when we arrived. There were grapes on the floor, dirty surfaces, makeup marks and holes on the walls, and the floors were visibly unclean. Towels were not provided and we had to locate them ourselves. Multiple pieces of furniture were ripped and stained. The table had only one usable chair; the other was broken and left outside. The basement was poorly maintained, and we did not feel comfortable having anyone sleep there.The backyard was also unkempt, with damaged outdoor furniture, so we did not use the space.I contacted the host during our stay and provided photos of the issues, but received no response.The listing also advertises a shuttle service, but no shuttle was provided. We were instead instructed to use an Uber XL and submit the receipt for reimbursement. The Uber XL could not accommodate our entire group and luggage, so this was not an equivalent alternative.Overall, the property was not in an acceptable condition and was significantly different from what was advertised. Based on this experience, I would not book this property again.
