Staff were lovely and very helpful especially with my 88 year old Dad who uses a walker and needs help. Room was very clean and was cleaned each day. Great location with lots of walkable restaurants, coffee shops, and subway nearby. We found it easy to get around many of the popular NYC sites from this location in Chelsea. Would definitely stay here again.

Overall we really enjoyed our stay. Our only complaints were the elevators took FOREVER, the water drained slow from the shower, and the food in the restaurant was not good.
