Room was clean, modern & comfortable, but the staff made the overall experience incredible. Lucien was prepared for our arrival at check in & we were able to store our luggage before our flight and arrange a driver to the airport afterward. Location of this hotel is also great! Will stay again if ever visiting NY again.
