Lucien was prepared for our arrival at check in & we were able to store our luggage before our flight and arrange a driver to the airport afterward. Location of this hotel is also great! While the breakfast was good there was some confusion as to whether we could charge it to our room which seem odd. Also the facility charges seem to cover things like toiletries which I would consider standard for a hotel such as this.
