THE SPACE
Room 202 includes a king bed for two guests and a small sofa that opens flat for one additional guest. There is also a dining table, Smart TV, complimentary Wi-Fi, blackout curtains, and independently controlled heating and air conditioning.

The kitchenette has a sink, cabinets, mini refrigerator, coffee maker, two toasters, and two hot plates. There is no dishwasher or kettle. The private bathroom has a shower.

GUEST ACCESS
Enjoy a private deck with stairs to the shared backyard. Automated self-check-in uses unique keypad information sent after verification.

IMPORTANT ACCESSIBILITY DISCLOSURE: Approximately 8 outdoor steps are required from the sidewalk, and there is no elevator. Outdoor quiet hours apply because neighboring NYC buildings are close together.

LOCATION
The Serene is centrally located in Harlem. The exact street address is provided only to confirmed guests. The 125th Street A/B/C/D subway station is approximately 0.3 mile away, with convenient express service toward Columbus Circle, Rockefeller Center, Bryant Park, Herald Square, and Times Square.

There is no on-site parking. Street parking may be available but is not guaranteed.

HOUSE RULES AND SAFETY
Check-in is after 3:00 PM and checkout is by 11:00 AM. A two-night minimum applies. Quiet hours are 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. No parties or events. No smoking or vaping anywhere on the property. No pets except trained service animals.

For security, exterior and shared-area cameras record video only. There are no cameras inside private accommodations.

OTHER THINGS TO KNOW
There is no on-site laundry or daily housekeeping.

The Serene is represented and operated by the host as a New York City Class B accommodation intended for lawful transient occupancy.
