An okay hotel. But we messed up on booking and forgot to book our last night (night 4 of 4). The hotel said they called me at checkout time while we were out. But they did not leave a phone message, they did not text, they did not email — then they charged us an entire nights late checkout fee, even though they were not close to being full in terms of occupancy (it was a Monday night). If they’d left a message, it would have allowed me to quickly book a room online and in theory avoid a full night late fee.
