This was our second stay in three months. Front line staff is amazing! We had a only one issue and that’s the bess. Our bed was so uncomfortable it was hard to sleep. Otherwise perfect location and awesome staff.
Dirty halls, 15 min wait time for elevator, coffee machine broken in the lobby (paid for it and didn’t get it), crowded, dirty outside and street it was located on had trash, no good restaurants or bars nearby.
It’s a super cramped hotel so when it’s full, it’s a mad house. Rooms are tiny compared to literally any hotel I’ve stayed at in Manhattan. The hallways are narrow - about 4 feet wide which is insane. They have 45 or so floors and 4 elevators and instead of dedicated 2 to bottom half or top half, all elevators stop at all floors. As a result we were waiting about 10-20 minutes to find an elevator that wasn’t already full. They need some serious help with the horrible design.
We were in NYC, so the stay was wonderful.
Amazing view from our room. Fridge provided. Tight bathroom and little clothing storage (right, it's NYC). Our TV did not work. There is no lobby,
Long elevator waits, but many friendly European guests. Excellent breakfast with gracious staff. Good coffee at 6. Room coffee gets chemical creamer. Two blocks from the F train.
If you get a good deal on this place which they do run, it is a great place in a perfect location.
The breakfast is decent, however they do need to increase the seating space.
They also need to update the elevator software to stop stopping at every requested floor on the way down, once the max capacity has reached in the elevator.
Very clean rooms! Loved the breakfast, so many options. Great location. Only thing is the elevators take a while during busy early morning breakfast times, may want to use the stairs instead.

We had a nice stay but what will prevent us from staying at this particular hotel again is the inefficient elevator system that resulted in the need to take 18 to 20 flights of stairs to get down to the lobby in the mornings (and up 18 flights one morning). Very friendly staff and very clean rooms.
