I’ve stayed at the Indigo Hotel many times over the past years, but the quality and service have noticeably declined. Customer service is now met with attitude rather than hospitality. Unfortunately, I won’t be booking my stays here anymore.

The hotel room is on par for NYC, very compact and efficient use of the small space. The tissue box in the bathroom had about two tissues left in it, the conditioner bottle was empty. The Club was one floor above us and the noise of high heeled shoes was insanely obnoxious. The lights from The Club flashed through the window. The food at Mr Purple was ok but by Sunday morning most choices were sold out. This property would not be on my list to go back to.
