The room was so ridiculously small we couldn’t swallow it. They offered us another slightly bigger room and it wasn’t even enough to convince us to stay. The staff was very friendly and understanding so I’m guessing they have had similar issues. We were exhausted and still cancelled the 2 nights… that’s how upsetting it was.

I had a wonderful 4-night stay here. It's a great location-steps away from Grand Central and the subway.The room was clean. Checking in and out was so convenient. I also loved the room on the 27th floor for hot tea and coffee. The floor also had a chilled water dispenser. I'm planning another trip for next month and hope to return here.

Roughly our fifth time there, which tells you that it is five star. Joshua at check-in was top drawer. As are all the staff, but he made it flawless. The bathrooms here are always so clean it is delightful. And, as they say, the location is just great. We'll come again.
