The front staff were very friendly upon check-in. We had to move from another more costly hotel and actually found the staff here, including the front desk manager, more hospitable and welcoming. We would definitely stay again. Great location as well!

The location is great! The size of my room would have been fine except for the table that is bolted to the floor that takes up way too much room in such a small space. If I’d been able to move the table in or asked for it to be removed, that would have made a huge difference. The room was mostly clean but I still found other people’s hair in the bathroom and on the towels!!! The laundry was accessible but the dryer took forever to dry. Gym was quite clean. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

This property was extremely clean, very convenient, really friendly staff and a great room. We upgraded and had the kitchen option and ate breakfast there each morning. I loved the complementary coffee and tea on the rooftop. It was open 24 hours. I would stay here again in a minute

A great find to have this hotel in amongst a busy area, well situated… hotel staff excellent. Hotel rooms quiet, didn’t hear any noise from outside of the room. A/C a bit noisy, but it didn’t spoil our trip.

Very easy to find street or parking garage. I love the area. Hotel rooms are good but if you are in lower floor street side, make sure you have earplugs, it’s NYC after all.
