1 Elevator from 8am-5pm was horrible due to construction. The 22 flights of stairs or wait 20 mins for an elevator was not fun. Fire alarm also went off "due to construction"

Our kids room was on a different floor coz someone forgot to take notes, the fixed it next day, one lift was broken so hundreds of people sharing one. It was a 20 minute wait for lift so we ended up using stairs often and it was quicker, we were on the 23rd floor. No hot breakfast available. Maintenance and cleaning were fantastic!

There was only one elevator for the entire building due to renovations, which was a problem. Aside from that, everything else was excellent.
Courteous staff, nice clean room, excellent location. They are going through renovations so restaurant was closed.

The hotel was under construction which was not disclosed. This means no restaurant and only the option of food bags in the morning which were the same daily. There is only one elevator available during construction hours making it difficult to leave or get back to your room. We also had to switch rooms because of a water leak in the bathroom which leaked all over. These are things that should be divulged. Location was good, staff was good.
The hotel was poorly maintained, the furniture and carpets were heavily worn out. Also, the bar and restaurant were not operational. Overall it felt like a 2-star lodge motel.
