We had such a great stay! The staff were incredibly respectful and helpful throughout our visit — they made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The rooms were spotless and very comfortable, which made it easy to relax after long days exploring the city. One of my favorite parts was how close the hotel was to Times Square — literally right around the corner! It made getting around so convenient. Would definitely stay here again!

Very convenient, safe, clean and practical hotel. The interconnecting rooms for a family of 5 were excellent and gave us lots of space for our 5 nights. Staff were excellent as was the live music we saw. The only complaint was the rooftop bar being unavailable for 3 nights of the 5 we were there. No communication and very poor that it was continually shut for "private" events
