The hotel is in the best location, everything you need is within walking distance. The staff are amazing especially Luis and also Latch who remembered us from our trip a year ago, but everyone was so helpful, if we needed anything we just had to ask, this was our third stay at the hotel and would definitely recommend it.

The Hotel took great care of us and everyone was really friendly. When we arrived we were told that our room was upgraded. The view was amazing, rooms were clean and beds were comfortable. The staff got us rides on the spot and even stored our luggage for us so we could walk around the area before having to catch our flight. I will definitely stay there again.

This was our first time staying at this hotel, and we had a wonderful experience from start to finish. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and the entire property was spotless and well-maintained. We stayed in the Queen Suite, which was perfect for our family of three, spacious, comfortable, and well designed. We really appreciated the small touches, like the flavored waters available each day, such a refreshing treat! The gym was also impressive and well-equipped. The location couldn’t be better, close to great restaurants, attractions, and plenty of sightseeing opportunities.
