I took pictures. It was nasty. The elevator broke down. The entry was not secure. I asked for a new key twice, from two different people and wasn't asked for ID. I left two days early. They said Expedia has to reimburse. Please advise.

The room smelled like urine.We canceled our reservation and found another hotel. The night time view of the hotel is quit deceiving. It's located on what looks to be an industrial strip. Not a good place for me.

No tv working first night, complained at desk, no one showed. Next day tv still not working and key was inactivated. Was informed of special instructions on how to point a remote in lower left corner, then hit no 5 to get channels to work. Next night stopped at desk to activate card to save time, was informed I should not keep keycard in bag with my phone. I get to room and my door was ,no refills with coffee packets. Took towels for cleaning, never replaced, never vacuumed. I use to enjoy staying here but will never again. Spend the extra money and go elsewhere. They should not be running a hotel. Wyndham should investigate because it’s ruining their reputation.
