The staff was ever helpful and professional. From the moment I came thru the doors, Jose Flores made me feel welcome and at home. Walked us thru the first couple of things to do prior to our check in. Will definitely recommend to friends- my daughter and I enjoyed our stay! Thank you for your hard work and dedication!!

Excellent hotel newly renovated the staff was great! I didn’t like that the hotel didn’t offer breakfast! No problem because Juniors was right across the street! We had to call the front desk for an iron and ironing board. Other than that I would highly recommend!

Room was slanted towards the headboard. Had to sleep opposite way. Wouldve requested a room change but we were only staying 2 nights. Also felt somewhat offended that even though we paid a considerable amount for the room the "complimentary" two bottles of water were only for club members. Glad we read the note on it to avoid the $12 charge. Seems like they are trying to trick people as most hotels leave that for free. No information in the room about ordering food. Dining room only open til 9. Great view from 41 but the other issues would make us look elsewhere for our next Broadway excursion.

The hotel was great very clean and check in was very easy! I would give it 5 stars but I thought it was unsafe that the elevator we used had the keycard function deactivated. It seems odd to have a hotel in times square where anyone can use the elevator and access room floors without being a guest at that hotel.
