Room was clean. Great staff. Close to most common attractions to visit near Time square. If you are sensible to street noise wouldn't recoomend it, we were find with it. Hot water, comfortable beds. Just what you need while vacationing in NYC. Will definitely come back and recommend it.

We had a very bad experience in this hotel in terms of customer service. On the first day I called reception to ask if they can send cutlery to my room and they told me it will be sent up shortly. I waited 20 minutes and called again where they told me once again that it will be sent up shortly. 20 minutes later I called for the third time and they told me no ticket was open for my request and that they do not send cutlery to the room, I’d have to come get it from downstairs. Second day, I called to ask if they had a microwave in the room and they responded saying no microwave or complimentary coffee but they have a kettle. There was no kettle in the room ANYWHERE. Aside from all this, we only got a bottle of body wash in the hotel on the last day of my stay. On the day of checkout I called in advance to have assistance with my bags and once again I was told someone would be up shortly. No one arrived, I waited until 11:35 (my checkout time was 11:30) and took 5 bags and a stroller downstairs. I’ve stayed in many hotels around the world and in the U.S but I have never experienced such horrible service. I would not expect this service from such a reputable hotel. Absolutely horrible experience and I’m assured I will not be back here ever again.

The room was clean and the staff was friendly and efficient. Though there isn't a restaurant in the hotel, there are literally dozens of options right out the front door. It would be nice to have a room service option, however.
