some staff were very rude. The hotel was under construction. The AC rattles all night. Asked for drinking glass...they said no. I'm Gold Elite and couldn't get a late checkout after told I could. They used to have coffee and water in the lobby but was gone after a few days...they referred me to a store at the corner. TV would jump on at random times and wake me up 2 times it was at 5:11am & 5:36am. Overall it was horrible

Staff was ver kind clean rooms and nice facilities. The gym is a very nice addition. We also got impressed by the progress of the renovation. If there will be no issue and the insurance deposit will be returned in 3-5 business daya as we informed, it is an ideal place to stay, with direct transportation nearby to city center and all attractions.
