Great transportation into Manhattan by Bus, Subway and FERRY! The neighborhood is known for its brownstones, mansions, and proximity to Manhattan via the A, C, and G subway lines. Citibikes on the next block over.
Walking distance to Underwood Park, Fort Greene Park, Pratt University, Barclays Center, the Brooklyn Academy of Music and the Brooklyn Navy Yard with a NY Ferry stop just a short walk away. There are Restaurants Galore right around at the corner. Supermarkets and convenience store right on the corner and within a block or two. It's a Great Neighborhood! Very Family Friendly.
The Kitchen has a new dishwasher, Microwave, toaster oven, coffee maker, Blender, New Fridge, and wine cooler, with a Dining area, The Living room has a flat screen TV with internet and a Roku box loaded with streaming services. Please walk the dogs in the street and clean up after them in the backyard. We would appreciate your keeping pets off the furniture.
Please remove your shoes and wipe the dogs feet after coming in. We love the city but know it is dirty!
