My husband has booked the same hotel more than 20 times for a week-long work stay in New York, but he can't check out even one hour late because they say they will charge him $25 per hour. Even though we have a Platinum account with Hotels.com, and he is such a loyal customer, they should at least extend him this simple courtesy and understanding, since he works until late at night and is left without a place to stay from 11 am to 2 pm, as his work only starts at 3 pm.
They said I was booked in a smoking room. I explained that I don’t smoke. They wouldn’t change my room. The whole floor smells like smoke. Even in my room I can smell someone smoking. It’s disgusting.
