The pictures for this hotel do not match the hotel AT ALL. The elevator got stuck multiple times. The only way for us to get our door to shut all the way was to slam in but if you did that on your way out the door stop would open and then you couldn't open your door. The flooring was loose and would slide. Number of tiles were cracked/broken. NONE of the beds had fitted sheets so if you moved in the night so did your sheets. One mattress looked like someone had been murdered on it. When we checked in the person was behind glass and was not happy to be working. You could tell we had interupted his tv time.

The area smell like cigar, the beds are smelly and had burns. Dirty sofa, dirty bathroom. I had to leave immediately cause I was with 2 person with respiratory problems. I do not recommend, terrible

The room felt neglecting and the staff was not nice at all. Everything was so dirty. If you’re looking for a place to sleep you would rather sleep in the streets than in that hotel. Is the same service but streets would be free.

The hotel is in poor shape. The first room we were given didn't have a locking door nor locking window (ground floor room). Generally poorly kept, old paint, mildew in the shower, etc. The second room was a bit better but far from ideal. However, the staff was very polite, attentive, and accommodating.

The place was filthy, 2 different rooms were offered and both were terrible. Moldy and dirty with stains on the sheets. The Manager refused to give our money back because we booked through a 3rd party, when the 3rd party called to refund, the manager still refused.

I booked to stay here for a last minute stay after my flight was cancelled. I did not think the place was going to be at that nice, but the hotel room was even worse. There was a cigarette burn in the comforter, the bathroom was disgusting, and the entire hotel just looked rundown. I left that night and rented a car to drive 3 hours rather than stay overnight.
