Relax and unwind in this spacious and beachy 3 bedroom, 2 bath home ideally located in the NSB beachside! Just a short 2 minute walk from the ocean, this coastal retreat features nautical decor, a private pool, fully equipped kitchen, and enclosed garage. Enjoy sunny days poolside, beach strolls, and cozy nights in a home that has everything you need for the perfect getaway. Ideal for families or friends looking for comfort, convenience, and coastal charm—all in one unforgettable location.



Booking guest must review and e-sign the property Rental Agreement before check-in.



A $250.00 USD security hold will be separately pre-authorized on your credit card on file by Fun Coast Rentals one (1) day before arrival and will be released within two (2) days following departure, provided no damages are found at the property. For stays longer than 4-7 days (depending on credit card used), the security hold will be released and re-held each 4-7 day period of your stay.



This property is dog friendly (1 dog 15lbs or less maximum) with a Pet Fee of $176.48 USD + Tax. If traveling with dogs, please be sure to select the "I am traveling with pets" checkmark when booking.



Dogs must be cleaned up after throughout guest's stay and must never be permitted on any furniture or left unattended at the property. Perfect Beach Bungalow

We stayed here for a week. It was myself, my partner, and our 8 year old. It was perfect! Great location just steps to the beach. A wonderful private backyard with pool. The decor in the home was tasteful and on brand for the location. We will definitely be back!

We had an absolutely fantastic time at this New Smyrna Beach “Gilligan Island” property! The location couldn't be better—just a short walk/drive to the beach and local spots like Flagler Avenue. The home was impeccably clean, well-stocked with the essentials, and check in was easy. Dave was our host, he was incredibly responsive from beginning to end and an absolute pleasure to deal with. We highly recommend this property! Since we have family in the area, and this location is dog friendly, we will definitely be back!!!
