Master suite has it's own private entrance to pool & spa area. Master shower has multiple jets with overhead rainfall. 2 minute walk across the street to the beach access ramp. Then come home and rinse off under the outdoor hot/cold shower. Spend the evening relaxing in the hammock or enjoy a gathering around the fire pit in the large fenced in tropical backyard. Enjoy morning coffee under either of the 2 covered porch areas. Walk or bike to nearby restaurants and shops on Flagler Ave. Live stress free in this luxury beach home. Pool and spa heat usage is included for normal usage, however, additional usage may apply.
