We enjoyed our stay in this spacious and comfortable unit. The bedrooms are large with firm, but comfortable, king beds in two of the bedrooms and a double/single bunk and a separate single in the third bedroom. The bedroom curtains kept the rooms dark for sleeping.The bedroom balconies face the street, although you can see the ocean if you angle your chair. This was not a concern as the main balcony has ocean views.The family/dining room was large, with ocean views. The couches are very large sectionals which allowed My family of four (two 7 yr old twins) to comfortably stretch out with plenty of room to watch movies. The kitchen is small, but efficient, and the sperate were bar was appreciated.The balcony off the family room looks out across a portion of an unused parking lot toward the ocean and the neighboring property's pool. My family rated the actual condo unit as a solid 9/10 for comfort, convenience, and livability.The pool area is below grade and separated from ocean views by the sun deck overlooking the ocean. While not having a view of the ocean from the pool is a negative, it is also a positive as the ocean wind is blocked from reaching the pool area. The pool heater was inoperable during our stay, but the hot tub was lovely. Both the pool and hot tub were very clean. This is a very large and comfortable unit in an older building. I would rent it again.
