Separate Toilet.. Electric storage heaters, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. Cot, highchair and stairgates. Enclosed patio and garden furniture. Access to 2 gardens, one enclosed. Barbecue available on request. 2 dogs welcome, to be kept on a lead at all times (working farm). Private parking for 3 cars. No smoking. Please note: There is a pond in the garden.. Set in quiet countryside, where red kites can be seen, this detached cottage is about 1½ miles from New Quay on a working farm but separated from its operations.



Converted from an 18th-century barn, retaining many features. Access to Wales Coast Path about 1 mile. There are two lakes on-site, and a pitch and putt area (dependent on weather and ground conditions) which can be accessed via a footbridge at the bottom of one of the two gardens. Well placed for beaches, villages, walks on lanes and clifftops. Aberaeron, 9 miles, Llangrannog, 7 miles. Shop and pub within 2 miles.

Very cute cottage in a beautiful location. Super clean and dog-friendly. Really enjoyed the welcome pack - Welsh cakes, fresh bread and milk - much appreciated. Would stay in this cottage again

The accommodation was 1st Class .. The surroundings garden and lakes were a credit to the owners . we had a very warm welcome from Beryl welsh cakes butter jam tea and a fresh baked bread . Could not have asked for more . Within easy reach or New Quay tried more or less all of the restaurants outstanding food . The cottage was a gem the host was delightful Don’t hesitate to book it .

Very homely and relaxing place to stay.

A great place to relax just outside of New Quay. Owner, Beryl on hand if you need her as she lives in the property adjacent. Lovely gardens and pond and putting green for pottering around with the dog. Property is about a 40 minute walk into New Quay (uphill on way back), but this was fine for us. Would definitely recommend if you want somewhere peaceful, relaxing and very well maintained and equipped, with lots on your doorstep.
