The Space:

Buller Noire (French for Black) is a unique holiday house located in one of New Plymouth's most sought-after tourist locations. Just a five-minute stroll to the CBD, it is perfectly situated next to the Scenic Coastal Walkway. This property offers a luxurious experience spread over three levels, filled with character and charm.



The upper level features an open plan living and dining area along with a fully equipped designer kitchen. Guests can enjoy sweeping ocean views from this level, enhanced by a large stacker door that opens to a partially covered outdoor area. This space is perfect for enjoying a glass of merlot while taking in expansive ocean views and breathtaking sunsets.
